Privacy Policy
This page explains how I.C Robotics Academy handles the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send a contact request we store: the parent's name, mobile number, the child's age, the program or course you're interested in, study mode and branch, and any notes you write. We also record the page the request was sent from, the language, the time, and campaign details if they are in the link. We do not ask for the child's name, date of birth or school.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request and follow up with you. Only the academy team handling requests can see it, and the academy receives an email notification with a summary of the request.
Storage and protection
Requests are stored on the website's server and never appear on a public page. To protect against automated messages we store an encrypted fingerprint of the device address instead of the address itself.
Cookies
The site remembers the language you chose so it stays the same as you browse. The academy team's dashboard uses a sign-in cookie. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
External links
The WhatsApp button and map links open external services (WhatsApp and Google Maps), which have their own privacy policies.
